Of course, there's kale...you can add it to just about everything! Also, this recipe uses Greek yogurt rather than sour cream, which gives you some extra protein, and calcium.

Ingredients
Salad: 1 English cucumber, diced 3 green onions, chopped Small bunch fresh dill, chopped
Handful of chopped kale (optional)
1⁄2 cup feta cheese
Dressing: 1 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt 1⁄2 tsp garlic powder
1⁄2 tsp each salt and pepper
Instructions
Whisk together dressing ingredients in a medium size mixing bowl.
Prepare salad ingredients and add to the bowl.
Mix thoroughly.
